This actually looks pretty well done, and appears to have an interesting story!

Not too sure about this. I'm personally tired of Vampires all over the media lately, LOL. One vampire show is enough for me (True Blood) for now.

Well you have Twilight popularity to blame for all the vamp shows. I loved the Twilight books (and the whole time I was reading them I was picturing how a high school English teacher could read this after finishing Romeo and Juliet and use it as a comparison piece lol, but that is how a teachers mind works)...the movie was ok.

I've heard True Blood is good, I will have to check it out. Vamps have never been thing, was surprised I like Twilight when I gave it a spin to understand why the kids like it so much today.

Oh you have got to watch True Blood, besides the Moonlight series which was also really good and was canceled ...'sigh its the next best Vampire show in like forever!

Though not to sure how squeamish you are, but its very bloody, full on nudity in every episode, well just the chest mostly...the director loves to show boobs a lot....heh The gore and violence is incredible though...its very well done and believable.

Season one is over already and we're through Ep.3 of Season 2 now.....

Just watched the first ep, and its actually pretty good! I'm intrigued to see more....although the whole Vampire out in daylight is an interesting twist; they seem to share similar qualities from that of True Blood, like not being able to enter another home unless invited, and of course the glamouring...etc!

The cast is pretty good too!

Yeah, I actually gave in and put this show on my DVR list. I still have to watch the first episode, though.

2nd ep has aired and watched it....its getting good! Seems like there may be another cast member with powers of her own yet to discover fully!

Lots of drama and definitely a love story of sorts, and if the current love of Vampires which is quite popular this past year or so stays good, I see this one lasting several seasons! Too bad they were not as popular when Moonlight was airing...maybe that one would have survived!

9 new episodes on top of whatever they already have has been ordered; cause of the highest ratings any show the CW has ever gotten on a debut series!

This prolly has alot to do with Twilight being so popular right now and everyone's eagerness for Vampire anything right now! Sounds good to me as I really like it too!

...and it was recently picked up for a full season which I'm guessing would be 20-24 episodes. It was not said how many! Sounds good to me as I'm really enjoying it...
